The Trustees meet every quarter at which time they consider all applications received during the previous three months.

The Board of Trustees of The Isle of Wight High Sheriffs’ Trust is made up of the past two High Sheriffs, the current High Sheriff and the next two High Sheriffs in nomination, together with the Under Sheriff. There is a Secretary and Treasurer who work on a voluntary basis. The Board meets in January, April, July and October.
